So far this term, we have been graded on seven pieces of work. Sometimes we put a lot of effort into our assignments, only to receive a disappointing grade.
As a teacher, it can be tough to hear a student complain about their grade when we know they have spent hours sweating over the work. In this blog posts, I want you to evaluate your own work: - Look back on your work that has been corrected and see can you identify any patterns or areas where marks are being lost. - Read the comments that I have left you...are the same mistakes happening again and again? - In the comments section, write up your evaluation. Well Ms. Cullen, I have to congratulate you on your insight. There is no better way for a student than to learn about his mistakes than by valuating himself. This way he gets to analyze and criticize himself, thus leading to self improvement.
